  2. Ok so all who want a great killer workout is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). You can download on your phones from the app store and it is free. I am frustrated cause i have stayed the same weight but i have gained muscle. So i am doing these 3 times a week plus my classes at night 3 to 4 days. It will help with some of that extra weight plus...WOW..was it good. I did it on the bike for the first time and sweat was running down my back. I am going to mix it up with treadmill also.
