Thanks Aunt Deno for doing this! I recently finished a weight loss challenge at work. I came in 3rd place with 10lbs lost. That 10 pounds was just enough to motivate me to be lots more healthy.
Derrick has been feeling like "an old man" lately. He has expressed a desire to get his body in shape and hopefully not feel so achy on a daily basis.
So here are our goals... they may not seem like much, but they are a big start for us.
Melenie- 1* 40oz of Water a day 2* No processed candy 3* 8 miles a week either on a bike or foot 4* Daily planks 5* Daily scripture study- proof in a scripture journal 6* Listen or Read 1 conference talk a day... any decade. 7* Daily entry in my blessing journal
