  1. My Goals for this 8 week health
    1. Eat 5 Veggies and 1 fruit per day
    2. No sugar except for once a week
    3. Only 1 Sugar alternative once a day
    4. Exercise 6 times a week
    5. Drink water ( not too Much) I tend to over do the water
    6. Read Scriptures everyday
    7. Morning and evening prayers
    8. Family Home Evening
    9. Learn something new each day

    These are the things I need to work on and more. I may add a number 10 just have not thought of it yet.

    Do an act of service daily
    Keep up with my fit bit 12,000 steps 5 miles daily
